Review: Summer BBQ Nights at Summit Ridge Hotel Tagaytay

This is a continuation of my Summit Ridge Hotel experience where we had an overnight stay. The dinner they prepared for us was a sneak peak of their Summer BBQ Nights.

Barbeques are perfect for cold nights and it was indeed a very cold and windy night we had when we were there. There was a big spread of different types of Kebabs, pastas, soup, and desserts. I chose three types of barbeques (pork, beef, and sausage) then had them grilled by the chef. I also tried Baby Potatoes in Cheese and the Fish Fillet with Remoulade Sauce. All them were made from the finest ingredients and one can never go wrong with kebabs. The hearty meal, the conversations with some of my fellow bloggers coupled with a glass of wine made a satisfying night.

Since it was very chilly, I had to ask the chef to reheat my food once of twice. It can’t be helped though.

Summer BBQ Nights happens every Saturday until May 26, 2011, 6 PM onwards. Unlimited BBQ and mocktails will only set you back P599. It’s a really good deal.
